I received notifications which were not accurate throughout the time my car was in the shop. At the last minute, I was again notified that it wouldn't be ready. It was difficult to plan any kind of transportation issues with the faulty notifications. Not a big deal, but given they were keeping my car longer, I would have thought they could have charged it as a good will gesture.
