I had my car there numerous weeks and since it was in the shop when we bought it we had paid extra for paint touch up for 5 years and the spots I thought was going to be fixed and picked it up and saw a spot that was not touched up !!

Although the repair took quite some time due to having to order parts everything was done well. Brooke was very helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. When my rental ran out from the insurance, they offered me a rental from them at no cost for the last two weeks! I enjoyed getting the text updates so I did not have to call and check on the status. Great service from everyone all around!

I am happy with the repair work on my damaged door. It looks brand new, like it was not even in an accident. Also, I was very happy to be able to pick up my vehicle today, seeing that I received a text several days ago that it wouldn’t be done until next Tuesday

10 Best customer service I have ever had.Haylee was absolutely amazing. She had no idea how much I needed my vehicle for day to day work and to get my mom to cancer treatments on Fridays, she just made sure I had the absolute best care. I came in for an estimate on my vehicle damage and was concerned that I should not drive my suv because of a constant fan going on. Haylee made sure a tech looked at my vehicle right away who confirmed I should not drive it and explained why. Haylee jumped right into action to try and get parts asap to get my car fixed. She was able to confirm a few parts that would at least make my vehicle driveable , other parts would be ready at a later date. She got me a ride home and had my car fixed the next day AND she was able yo track down the front grill I needed- getting my car fixed without any need to come back. Haylee was so wonderful- her great customer service and acts of kindness made my life so much easier, and she had no idea - she just simply did an amazing job. Thank you Haylee!
