Was originally told it would be done by Saturday then pushed out to Wednesday only to find an issue and it delayed even more. Had a text thread for updates but never received texts back. Was told my car was in detail then I it would be ready for pick up today, car definitely wasn’t detailed so it was just delayed for no reason.

It took over 5 weeks to repair a car with no front end damage. That’s too long. The customer service people at Joe Basil were great. Incomplete assessment of the damage, acquiring parts and getting the work done resulted in at least 3 delays in the completion date. No compensation was offered.

I was upset damaging my car when it was only 3 mos old, but when I picked it up today it looked just like the day I drove it off of the lot!! You even combined a service recall that I had made arrangements to have done.

A scratch was forgotten to have repair done. I was told vehicle would be detailed dash was dusty and mud was on car mats including the back seat floors and I do not use rear seats! Too many miles were put on vehicle, for just a test drive for alignment. Now I have to bring back for repair and detail.Very inconvenient and not satisfied

Front trim is loose. I just communicated this today. Wheel lugs and bolts were all over torqued. I specifically requested hand torquing to spec. Over torqued fasteners will and can lead to failure of the components. Engine coolant overflow, not being filled is an issue.

I will put the experience together shortly. However, I have a few issues ONE all the wheels lug nuts were overtorqued probably to better than twice the recommended torque. About 160ft. Lbs. I specifically requested. They be hand torqued. TWO the the windshield washer fluid was not replaced, even though there was a charge for this. THREE the engine coolant overflow container was not refilled. I had to do this.
