I really appreciate the weekly updates and the effort made to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. The only minor hiccup was a possible slip up in Communication from the Upper Marlboro location to the Frederick location. They apparently did not communicate that my vehicle was supposed to be towed back to the Upper Marlboro location so this caused a bit of a kerfuffle as I was having my parents pick it up since it was sudden and I was at work. Even though it didn't go the exact way we had hoped my keys and car made its way back to me. The car works great and looks lovely. Thank you especially to Gary and Holly for all there efforts.
