J. Hudson received my car on Dec 3, 2021. My car was finished on March 8, 22. I think this is a totally unacceptable amount of time. I also think by and large the extreme delay in repairing my car was due to the unavailability of parts. I think, Tim, (I believe he is the shop manager) is an extreme asset to your company. I hope you pay Tim very well, Tim is competent, kind and skilled. But for Tim’s honesty and constant efforts to make sure I knew exactly what was going on, I’m sure I would have incorrectly taken out all my frustrations on your shop.

I only responded "no" because the Camry applique on the rear bumper needs replaced. Mgt. has assured me that a new applique has been ordered and will be installed in the short term. I am impressed with the shops diligence doing repainting because "it did not look right" and the need to make the scenario right. Very good work and I will definitely use Mr. Hudson's shop again (if I really need to). I would recommend this shop. Good Day.
