I was blown away from the hospitality at the front desk all the way to my car that was returned better than when I dropped it off. They repaired my front end beautifully and also went above and beyond where they didn't have to.

Seems that there's a need for more qualified technicians to work on modern vehicles. The work done to my car was of bad quality to the point I need to take the car back again after two months of painful run arounds.

The time lines given were constantly shifted with "new" issues coming up week after week when the assumption may be the qualified personell doing a detailed evaluation/triage of the vehicle and list all work needed accurately. Instead of giving unrealistic time frames to which I have had to go back week after week postponing my work and personal plans as I do depend of this car to my daily activities.

Car looks great, staff was amazing to work with. Joe's helped make a difficult situation (the car accident) a much easier experience to navigate. I hope I never need to have a car repaired in this way again-but if I do, I know where I will be going.
