Where to begin: 1. Got the run around on delayed parts. I called to inform them Napa had the part in stock and magically they happened to have the part all of a sudden. 2. Upon 1st attempt of pick up -Front grill was really crooked, one of the headlights looked like junk. Had to leave for additional time to have fixed. 3. Upon 2nd pick up, the heat is only working on one side of the dual zone. This was not broken before going in. Completely unsatisfied with the service. Will not be returning to have anything that is broken, fixed. Would rather deal with and pay for myself.
