The front desk employees are very nice and helpful but their manage never get my calls back i don't know how he got promoted to be a manager when he can not even take care of his customers needs and problems...!!!!

It's not over yet Still have to bring the car back to reposition the bed of the truck, it's shifted towars the passenger side. Also a big gap on the tailgate(waiting for new hinges) Poor quality paint job They installed the same old mudflap. Got some new scratches....that were not there after the accident

Progressive Agent handling claim could have been more attentive in ensuring that Joe Hudson was aware of the no-deductible circumstances, thereby simplifying the final payment paperwork transaction. (Not Joe Hudson's fault - a Progressive Insurance mis-step.)

When I first arrived, I was greeted by Ms. Awesome'ness Emily, Ms. Emily immediately started to help, I was a little down that morning but Ms. Emily quickly change that with her cheerfulness, anyway the rest of the team that got me in and got me out were fantastic themselves, I will recommend Joe Hudson's to my family and friends the work is amazing my C'Red looks like nothing happen. thanks a million Joe Hudson's and Staff.
