I never heard of this shop before, but it was recommended by my insurance. I wanted to go somewhere else but they can't accommodate me. I'm glad that I decided to go to them. Emily and H were very nice and professional from start to end. The body shop guy did an excellent job and even polished the scratches off my car. They vacuumed it too, which is a luxury bonus for me. Pressision Auto worked my truck, had to take my truck back to your shop 5 times after the repair was done,

I had to take my truck back to your shop 5 times after the repair was done, #1 they forgot to install the fuel filler assembly (gas tank), #2 they forgot to install a rubber gasket between the cabin and the bed, also the rubber molding on top of the roof was coming unglued, #3 the chrome molding on the repaired door was coming unglued, #4 they did not secured the front passenger door, so when the door was open it did scraped/dented the fender, #5 molding and fender flares coming unglued. So finally seems that all parts are staying in place.

I was very satisfied with the customer service and overall communication. Unfortunately due to the parts shortage and difficulties caused by the pandemic, we were put in a very challenging situation since we are a one car family and therefore had to rely on a rental car for almost 2 months. I do not fault the auto body shop but that is why I had to rate the experience low.
