My car looks perfect. You could never tell that it had been in an accident. I really want to commend the woman who works in the office. I'm sorry I forgot her name. She went above and beyond to keep me updated on what was going on with my car and the schedule. Thank you all so much

Well when it was done the first time it took 1 month to just replace the bumper and paint it and then when the last manager said I can save you some money we decided to get the front bumper replaced .Next most of my rear bumper light bulbs had to be replaced and also i guess you all had someone quit while my car was in there .The second time I took it back for a clear coat run and rough sanding and painting job on the right rear of the car and a clear coat blob on right side of the top of the car and all of that was taken care of with no issues and it looked good but the molding on top of the car was never painted in which it was on the initial estimate but I have a new molding coming now from eBay and I am not sure if you all replaced the black vent that was to be on the inside of the bumper in which I found that was not there when I replaced the light bulbs so somewhat satisfied but not very good transparency is key to be keeping a customer .

It took 1 month to replace the bumper which is not in record time then when I went to pick it up there were issues like clear coat run on left rear of bumper and right rear where it meets the quarter panel was rough and that was not corrected when I brought it back the roof molding was never painted and the second time you had a paint tee quit so I am very displeased with the work done by your shop.

If a person is going to be without their car, the schedule should be once you have assessed the damage, all parts are on site and the vehicle is ready to be repaired in a few days, not two weeks, rental car cost are expensive.
