Joe Hudson's did a great job on the repair. I do feel like it took way too long, but 98% of the time was spent waiting for the parts from the dealership which is entirely outside their or Progressive's control. What was within their control was definitely a 10/10! Thanks!

Car was delivered with an open DTC. I didn’t complain because I thought I could clear the code myself. I should have because it cost me a dealership diagnostic fee.

There was a complete lack of communication the first week. I explained we needed the car back in time for a trip on that Friday ( this was Monday). No one called w updates. We had to call to pry for information. The car was not ready- for another week. The following week my partner called and left a voicemail - never returned. The following day he called 3 times and they did not pick up the phone. After I called from a different number they immediately picked up. He was calling from the correct number. I would never go there again and do not suggest you send further clients therr
