East Collision Center The newest addition to our auto body repair facilities, East Collision Center includes two separate repair buildings with the space for 38 service bays to service personal and commercial vehicles. Over a dozen body and paint technicians work with state-of-the-art equipment and products including multiple frame machines, a pro spot welder, and one of the few shops in the area to use a complete ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY LOW VOC paint system from primer to clear coat. We have the most advanced color matching technology and factory trained technicians from Spies Hecker. We have a Courtesy Shuttle available to take you anywhere in Columbia and we can even make arrangements to pick you up after your vehicle is finished. Parts delays and supplemental estimates for unseen damage are often part of the body repair process. We promise to do everything possible to minimize these and we promise to keep you informed.

I had signed papers stating that I would receive pictures by text or email of my car being repaired, step by step! That NEVER happened, even after I called asking about it! I was passed around on the phone to at least three different guys & nobody seemed to know why I didn't receive any pictures & I still never received any still! You shouldn't advertise something that doesn't happen!!!

Great experience - everything was taken care of in terms of insurance and car rental, no hassles or problems. My car was repaired flawlessly. I am very pleased with the service I received, would use the same center again in the future if needed, and would recommend the center to friends or family.

I appreciated that a rental car was organized and ready for me without any hassle. A repair estimate was completed quickly and transactions with my insurance company were handled without involving me. I literally did almost nothing but drop the car off and then pick it up. Nothing is better than having such a simple process after the hassle of a vehicle accident.

The man who worked on my car was named Larry. He did an excellent job on my car and was always very nice and respectful. He updated me daily on my cars progress, and was super easy to work with. I would give you guys my business simply because of him. Make sure you give him a raise! Overall, very pleased with the service at Joe Machens Collision.
