It was higher management that said my refund of $15 will be refunded to me because they over charged me. Management needs work.

Chris Joe over charged me and I told him I was supposed to pay $500 only, he looked things over and said he did over charged me but there's nothing he can do to stop the transaction. He said they will send me a check to reimburse me but I haven't seen any check in the mail.
