This was my first time filing a claim with my auto insurance. The process with the insurance was less than satisfactory, however, Caliber Collision did everything they could to make the experience as good as it could have been. My car was returned to me in much better condition than when I brought it in. My vehicle was very clean, inside and out. The paint was done very well and I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing a great autobody repair!

There were insurance issues and Elizabeth helped me handle them. At the time of pickup, my friend expressed his dissatisfaction, but that should have been directed at the insurance company and not Caliber Collision. I will say that Elizabeth handled that gracefully.

Customer service was great all the way up to the point where they said I should take my vehicle to my mechanic about the things they forgot to do. Insurance company didn’t like that idea

Even with uncertainties, their transparency was incredible. As a woman, being in car space makes me nervous but Elizabeth (up front) was an absolute legend. She was so sweet and was very descriptive and made me feel confident about the whole situation. I appreciate the whole team a lot. :)
