The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Constant updates and communication, regardless if there were any actual updates. Letting me know if anything required more attention or time. Going above and beyond what I thought was going to be repaired or addressed and contacting insurance consistently to make sure its approved. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone on the team. Very personable. Ive already been mentioning how satisfied ive been with this shop to everyone who asks about my car.

Customer service was great, prices were great. Something happened with a car part and they were very clear on what was wrong and i wasn't charged for it. My only complaint is when I got my vehicle back it was pretty dirty in the inside. If I ever have a issue with my car again though I will be going back to Gerber.
