The truck looks new again and wasn't in an accident. I mean minor dents pulled out and major ones replaced. Great job matching the paint to cause it's an odd color. Perfect.

Vehicle looks good, you took my feathers off, sterling wheel was dirty and passenger seat was kind of dirty. And I think 2 weeks was a long time to work on a vehicle with minimal damage, you could of got the parts and let me have my car till you were ready to fix it, would have saved money for insurance company for rental.

Well, the reason for needing collision repair was not ideal, I had exceptional service and to end at Van Horn and cannot recommend them enough. Jeff, Crystal, everyone was wonderful to work with. I appreciated the text notifications and updates as well. I hope to not need your service again in the future, but will absolutely recommend to anyone who does.

I was not happy that my car sat there for weeks. Maybe don’t have people be without a car for WEEKS while you are “waiting for parts”. Very annoying.
