Our family is always satisfied with repairs done here. The only reason they lost stars was because when we first had the vehicle inspected, we were told they would send us an email with a few options to pick from for a repair date once they knew how long it would take for the parts to arrive. A month went by with no communication, so we called and they said the parts would take 7 days once they ordered them and we got a repair date scheduled. It just seemed like if we hadn’t called on our own that no communication would’ve occurred, and had we called earlier we could’ve gotten our repair done within 7 days from when we called. So just better communication needed for that part of the process!

Since I have not had to have collision repair done on my car for over 20 years, I would have liked to have known realistically how long my car would have to be in the shop. I had no idea.
