I was very impressed with the genuine concern for customers. There was a glitch in when my car was ready and Joe went out of the way to accommodate me and make adjustments. He went above and beyond to assure I wasn’t inconvenienced. When my car was ready, the work was exceptional and the inside was like brand new. I had not expected them to clean my car so throughly. I give them 12 stars out of 10 ! Highly recommend. Best customer service I have ever experienced.

Although my car wasn’t ready on the day, I was told it would be the body shop was very apologetic about the delay and made accommodations for me so that I wasn’t inconvenienced. They went above and beyond my expectations and making sure that I had transportation during the period that the car wasn’t available because of the delay. I understand that it needed a lot of work and took longer than anticipated. Joe was very respectful and considerate and helpful throughout the process the repairs were excellent. There was one dent on the driver side door that wasn’t there before the accident, but they thought that perhaps it had been so wasn’t fixed. Joe’s made arrangements with me to bring the car back in the new year so that that can be fixed and said that he would be in touch with nationwide to let them know. I think that Joe’s garage is an excellent resource and would highly recommended . They go above and beyond in customer service.

The repairs that they did turned out amazing. They went above and beyond, they did detailing inside and out on top of repairing the air condenser unit and the radiator. Very friendly and professional people. I’d definitely come back here anytime.
