Very professional. The staff was happy to accommodate my needs, being sensitive to the personal details of my situation, they were flexible wirh the date of pick up and the cost of repairing was reasonable. They handled my rental re turn which was a huge relief and saved me time & money. The staff was great! Roxanne and Zak provided the kind of quality customer service that is rare. They were thorough, personable and assured me if I had any problems after I left the lot, they would be there to assist. A+

So the people are very kind but I got my vehicle back with non-operable windows which wasnt the case prior and the biggest part of concern not being addressed which has been this EPC light that has since been occurring after the incident
