Lack of communication. Told I would be called at a certain time and when I called back 3 hours AFTER said time, I was given an apathetic employee on the phone. My date of completion was delayed a few days. This is understandable and not bothersome, only if there was better communication.

Not only did you do an excellent job replacing the broken parts, you also completely cleaned our car as well. What a very pleasant surprise. Your customer care and commitment to keeping us informed about each step surpasses any other shop. Your personal attention was top notch, and you also dealt with our insurance company, saving us that hassle. The bonus was being able to return our rental car directly to you! We want to add our additional thanks to everyone involved in our car’s repair. Keep up the excellent service.
