I was very happy about my experience until Friday. I had been told all week about the progress being made and on Thursday the email said it would be ready on Friday but if there was a problem they would notify me. That didn't happen. I finally called at 4 pm and was told the car would not be ready until late Monday or Tuesday.I did get an apology on Monday. I would still recommend this Body Shop to all my friends.

Nate was awesome from the start. Got my car in quickly, set-up my rental car and was helpful throughout the process. Dealing with an accident is frustrating but the team at Joeâs made it seamless and easy. And my car was done a day early. Thanks to the entire team for a tremendous job and customer experience.
