I was told my car would be repaired in three days. It took 8 days. I was paying privately for a rental car which I explained to your staff prior to scheduling the work. I said I could be flexible with date of repair but wanted to keep costs down for the rental car usage. It didn’t work out as I had hoped.

My car was stolen and taken to John Elway for estimate it was totaled out and because of the service they gave me at that time I returned after buying my new car and being rear-ended. Most definitely I will recommend and I will return to John Elway . Hopefully not anytime soon yes I was rear-ended 2 hours into my new car after my car has been stolen and replaced with this one.

Excellent. Chris and JP are just wonderful to work with. Chris check the things from the rental car into my car because it was raining when I arrived at the Body Shop. JP called me at every phase of the job and even before it started to give me Comfort that everything was going to be okay.
