Curtis did an amazing job of explaining the work to be done and keeping me up to date on the progress of the repairs. Before even getting a commitment on the job he asked me to bring the car by and offered to wire my trunk shut so that I could drive it. I appreciated that gesture and brought the car in for the work. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCELLENT WORK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN HOFFER TO ANYONE NEEDING SERVICE WORK!

There were a lot of problems that came up because of the Christmas/New Years holidays that normally would not have.
