Our staff is being constantly trained (I-Car classes, Industry classes) trying to keep up with all the industry changes that are taking place year to year. We use updated equipment and materials in ordered to stay up-to-date with OEM Repair Processes. We also take pride in providing a high level of customer communication and service throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners.

I waited almost 3 months for my parts to come in, which was partially my fault. I should have called earlier to check in. I did ask after 4 weeks of my initial appointment, and I was assured u would be called back when my parts arrived… that did not happen

Holly is wonderful to work with! I feel like Curtis has a lot going on and needs some additional support. I was promised many times a call back and never received it. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my car. Not trying to say anything bad about Curtis, when I worked with him, he was great, and he is very professional, but just very busy and needs additional help!
