J Hoffer did an excellent job on my Nissan Armada bumper. Both courteous and professional. We did not know if it could be done in the week I brought it in and I called that Friday to see if it was still possible as my grandson was due to be born soon. They responded quickly as it was completed and came and picked me up. My grandson was born in the early morning hours. I had my car to drive in to KC.Thank you.

Door isn’t hung aligned with the back door, doesn’t seal tightly, and the seal on my windshield had been partially pried up then slapped back down while with your shop and now creates more road noise and isn’t sealed right. Took 2 months almost to get in the shop, when they initially took estimate ignored what I said so when I came to get the car which took about 3 weeks, they hadn’t fully fixed everything, although they did get it “right” by the next day. Out of the 5 separate days and times I called I was only able to get a hold of someone twice, and only got 1 call back.
