We also take pride in providing a high level of customer communication and service throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners.

The car is beautiful. However, there is a question _ The car battery was low and had to be replaced according to the tripple A techs that came to our rescue. The Tripple A tecks con firmed that Premium members can get 1 free batteries a year. So, no cost for the battery! Still, no reason for a nearly dead battery. But the car is beautiful! AND I learned things I didn't know about the car.

Friendly Staff. Both the original estimator and the lady working the front desk were personable and allowed me to discuss the damage to my vehicle, even though I am certain they had heard it all before. The daily emails that provided a glimpse into the progression of work was an unexpected and nice touch. When I picked up my vehicle the front desk lady again was friendly and seemed generally to be happy. Hope to never have to get my car fixed again but if I do I will remember John Hoffer Body Shop.

Both the front desk employee and the estimator were kind friendly people. They seemed genuinely concerned about my cars damage, even first thing at 8AM when I talked to them. The daily emails letting me know the progression of my repair was super cool. Car looked new on pick up. You can’t even tell. They did a rockstar job.
