It was done well, the gentleman was very kind, answered any questions I had, returned all my calls whenever I inquired about when my car would be returned. He even let me know about my battery going bad so I was able to take it back to Honda and get replaced (I had just bought the battery with then less than a year ago). The only qualm I had was all my front door handles were covered in a black waxy substance. I am not sure if it was just from the employees hands when repairing but I wiped it off and moved on lol.
