The above entered rating was given due to friendly and professional greeting that I received when leaving my damaged vehicle and the prompt turnaround with regard to it being repaired (two weeks later) and ready for pick up. Moreover, the staff was accommodating in that they waited past closing time for me to arrive on the day that I agreed to collect my vehicle. I am certainly grateful for this action alone. Thank you! However, the rating could not be higher (a 9 or 10) because the replaced grill/front bumper is NOT a duplicate/the same as the one that was damaged. Thus, the vehicle has a very different look/appearance. Being a patron of Ford products (2007 Freestyle, 2013 Explorer) I really noticed this grill/front bumper difference and I am not pleased because it is not the same.

The parts and paint were both sub par. The paint is bubbling, the parts are separating. I pointed this out the day I picked up the car. I was asked to bring the car back. I was highly disappointed in the workmanship.
