Everyone we met was very friendly. I had no issues with the process until I picked up the car. There was a piece missing on the tire. While I can't confirm if this was part of the accident or happened later, I was very disapdisappointed that it could had been fixed while under your care. No one called to say did you notice this part is missing or would you like us to order the part and replace it while we have it. I confirmed that this is something that could of been done. I was basically disappointed in the fact that what could of been an amazing customer service experience turned out to be average.

I really appreciate John Thornton Chevrolet taking car of my car (Mrs. T) she's looking awesome and they did a awesome job, and made sure they did everything correct and put the original paint on my car. I will be doing business with them for now on even if I need any repairs done to my car. If I can afford it. With it being my coming out the pocket. Thank you 😊

I loved my repair but now since I got my truck back it’s been saying the back door is open and it’s not and it only does it at night. I wasn’t having this problem before I dropped it off.
