My comments are not directed at Joe, he was polite and professional. My comments are directed at the management . My car was not put inside during the recent storms and received over $6,000 of damage and I had to pay the deductible. You failed to protect my vehicle while it was in your custody. You have plenty of room to put customers car in your service bays . I’ve seen the room you have. Someone failed to care for the customer, which is me. I’m very disappointed in your lack of care for my car when it was in your possession. My deductible is $1,000. An ethical company would issue me a check and apologize for your lack of care. Will you?

I will very much say from the last time I went to John Vance. I had a very great experience. They were constantly keeping me updated. The service was great and he was a very nice guy. Unlike last time there was not very much communication but communication was the key with me and it was well done this time and very great service. And a very good job on my car.
