After work was completed still Have several problems with my vehicle some more serious than others. Car was not finished waiting on parts when required to pick up car which causes me to return rental. Now required to go back & all of this is taking money out my pocket because I must work. Can not keep taking off work, bringing car back for work not finished because parts were not available after few weeks of waiting, plus to fix some work already completed along with dealing with rental car again. On top of that did not receive a detailed walk through about everything done on my vehicle. The main few things addressed in the insurance claim were not fixed at all. Still waiting on my parts to come in. Contacted John Wayne's told them about problems have no set date of inspection ,walk through of problems with work. Overall disappointed with the work, the lack of communication especially after already notified about my concerns and unsatisfied work. Aggravated have not got call from supervisor or manager to do a walk through of everything wrong as requested through John Wayne text services & my insurance.

The staff did an excellent job on the repair. The vehicle looks as good as new, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Everyone was professional, communicated well throughout the process, and made the experience stress-free. I am extremely satisfied with the repair and would highly recommend them to anyone.
