The first person , I spoke to when I called your Establishment was very rude, He didn’t understand my question. He wasn’t nice about it. I was just about to for get your Establishment and go to another of your competitors.Erick took the phone, my decision quickly changed. He was patience, he took the time to understand what I was asking, and how the process works. He even took the time to get some information from my car for me via text message. The whole process went smooth, with Erick keeping me updated .He even called to let me know they were running ahead of schedule. How assuring is that. I am so glad I made the decision to stay.
