Picked it up and took it to Les Schwab to fix a tire and take care of an alignment. They inspected a tire that was dropped off to John’s with no problem. One came up flat with a slit and it was told that it was how we dropped it off. They looked at the inside of the tire and said no way possible, it would’ve gone flat on the way there based on the slit. Repaired it and gave us an explanation of what happened at John’s to increase the ticket. Bad values. I won’t do business there anymore.
