repair took more time then promised , and pick up i was given keys and tech did not even walk me to the car .

The time frame you gave was twice the time frame I got form other shops. i chose you guys as you were recommendeed by MBZ. Immidiatley I got an email saying it would be at least a week longer than quoted. I told Managers at MBZ how long this job took and they were quite surprised. My comment to them wa sthat they obviousely gave you guys more work than you can do in a timely manner. Also- the communication from my rep with you was non-existent. I had to proactively reach out for info. Bottom line is I would never us eyou aggain myself or recommend you to anyone.
