Took to long to get started and way to long to make the repairs. they also siad they broke the front windshield and replaced it but it was cracked on the lower right corner when I picked it up. Has to be replaced.

The team at Johns Collisions are amazing. They know what they’re doing, they’re all very informative, and easy to get a hold of as well. The team has great customer service. This is my second time coming to Johns Collision, and both times were great. They never disappoint, and get the job beautifully done!

only negatve was the credit card policy, they say they take them but they actually want to charge a 3% fee if you use one (strickly against credit card policy) and very inconvenient unless you have $1,000's of dollars laying around

Unfortunately, JCR missed an important part of the damage to my car, namely damage to the steering. The tie rod was seriously bent, and it wasn't until I picked the car up and drove it off the property that I found it. It took another two days to fix it.

Body repair work well done. However we hadn’t realized our towing baseplate electrical connection had been disassembled, & reassembled incorrectly then zip tied ???to under front of bumper. That’s not how old install was done. Zip ties???? Hello!! Also hood windshield washer hoses were left unconnected and laying on top of motor. JC British Repair in Englewood dealt with hoses and fittings at our expense since we were leaving for California a few hours later after we picked Rover up from your colloidion center. Over all happy with body work, fine tuning of small stuff nit so much

Body and paint, very happy. How you worked over State Fsrm. Very Happy. How my rv tow baseplate electrical plug “zip tie” attachment install was exceptionally disappointing. Not to mention wiring was completely messed up at the plug receptacle you took apart. I wish I had been told, instead of dealing with it at last minute leaving town. Also, attention to find detail allowed Rover to be released to me with windshield squirt hoses to be left laying on motor not hooked up. Hoses left unattended to could have melted while laying on motor. JC British Repair found these hoses up inspecting vehicle 20 minutes after we picked Rover up ftom your 4010 federal shop and I drove to Hamikton pl at Bryant for a travel inspection. Again body work excellent. Attention to find detail. Not so much.

Still checking out the car, but thus far everything appears to be in order. I particularly like the periodic emails that kept me apprised of the progress of the repair. Quality of work appears to be very good, and the paint repair appears to match perfectly. I would and have recommended John's to anyone who's interested.
