the work that was completed on my vehicle was outstanding. the only reason for a 9 rather than 10 was that one area was missed and I had to bring the car back in.

The service rep was helpful when I could speak to him, however, it was difficult to speak directly to the service rep. The office personnel who handle the financial transactions, however, were unprofessional and condescending. In all my years, I have never run into such a difficult individual. In addition, waiting for reimbursement for over a month and a half is unreasonable.

We didn’t not expect to need a body shop, but when we did, we are certainly glad Johns Collision was there. From towing on a Sunday to the shop and Nick & Jenn helping us through the repair timeline and process, we are truly grateful. The quality and quick turnaround of the repairs was icing on the cake.
