They did not diagnose or fix the loud noise I came in with. We took it to a dealership in austin the following day and they diagnosed the rear bearings were worn down. Had the bearings replaced and the noise is gone. I was told by your team that the technician drove the vehicle after the service and the noise was gone, however the mileage documented at drop off and pickup are the same. Also, waited over 20 minutes to pay and receive my keys upon pickup with only one other customer dropping off due to one person working behind the desk. Was not a great experience.
