Brought my vehicle to Jollys for what I thought was a simple $100 job as I was orginally told that ended up being a $1500 job that took almost 2wks to repair. I could have had a complete car put together in less time. The only contact I received in that time was 2 ph calls to let me know it would cost more to repair.i called to inquire why it was taking so long then and only then I was informed they had to reorder parts because they received the wrong ones. Why not call me and update me

Trk wasn’t done on due date got push back n then they rushed to get it out by second attempt due date pick up trk had to bring it back kept the truck for 2 months then I had to get it detailed myself inside trk was spelling unprofessional due to them taking on more than they can handle I’m assuming smh
