I wish Peter would have initiated more calls to inform us what was going on rather than us having to call for updates. He made one outgoing call to us when more damage was discovered. We had to call several days later for updates. All-in-all, he was friendly and gave excellent advice to go through our insurance instead of waiting for the other party. He was right because my insurance is now having to sue the at fault driver and at least my car is fully repaired.

The repair was fine and the reps keep us informed for the most part. The only negative issue was the estimate to repair was noted as12 days but it took over 30days.

Great job with the body work painting and especially communicating with me on the time line of events. Jeff Spence went above and beyond with customer support and insurance adjustors coordination. Small issue found during pickup which Jeff detected and is scheduling a home repair.

John Hall did a great job! Car looks great, did take a little longer than expected but that was due to getting parts which is understandable. Should I or anyone I know ever need work done I would definitely recommend John Hall for sure.

I thought the entire experience was very professional and they did not dilly dolly around, they got the repairs done in a very timely fashion
