Brad was the one to give me an estimate after the accident. He was very thorough and told me the problems I might have with the other party since they wanted to Not involve the insurance company. I went through their insurance company and very glad I did. Brad was right. I thank him for that. Kati handled the repairs and kept in touch with the other insurance company and kept me aware of everything and time frame for repairs. She was great also. The other lady at the front desk was very sweet and personable, too. I am very happy with the repairs. You have an excellent staff. So glad I used Jon Hall Body Shop.
