This was my first time dealing with jones Auto Body. I was very impressed with the explanation of the process from getting the estimate, ordering parts , and how the repairs would be preformed, the communication thru the whole process was over and above! When an unexpected delay happened due to a faulty new replacement part, I was informed and assured they would do everything to expedite a new part and get it finished as quick as possible. Jones finished the job faster than originally thought. Having a new vehicle wrecked no matter what the cause hurts, dealing with insurance companies hurts worse. Jones Auto Body took a lot of hurt away with the honesty, workmanship, and overall the excellent communication. Jones has earned my business for the future! Mitch Bromley
