The Jordan Automotive Collision Center has been in business for over 5o years. As part of the Jordan Automotive Group, we are proud to be part of our customer's overall Jordan Way experience. We are proud to say we were the very first Collision Center in the Michiana area to convert over to waterborne paints. These paints are not only the safest products for our environment to use to repair our customers vehicles but also the same type of paint now used by the majority of automotive manufactures As part of our commitment to leading the way in our industry the Jordan Automotive Collision Center was the first facility in Michiana to become Aluminum repair certified by Ford Motor Company. Jordan is the only area collision center Certified by Ford, FIA and Chrysler. We work with all major insurance providers and welcomes all makes and models of vehicles.

Here’s a polished review you can post: Jordan Collision Center did an outstanding job repairing my car after an accident that wasn’t my fault. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They completed the estimate quickly, and once the parts were ready, they had my car repaired in about a week. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They kept me informed about when to drop off my vehicle and when it would be ready for pickup. They even coordinated with the rental car company, making it incredibly convenient—I was able to leave the rental car keys with them when I picked up my vehicle. The repairs look great, and the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend Jordan Collision Center if you need quality collision repairs and a stress-free experience.

There was not adequate communication to understand where the repair was at. Originally told 10 business days for repair. I understand multiple issues came up to add more repairs with insurance but I was never notified or told it would take longer. I was in the dark for 6 weeks. Then I am still with a radio not working after the repair and I am without vehicle now while it is at Basney Honda to diagnose. The radio worked after the accident, the radio did not work after your repairs. Now this is like my issue to figure out. I used to trust Jordan name buying many vehicles at Ford and Toyota both. I even used Jordan Collision before but this puts a very bad taste in my mouth to use again. Thanks, Mason and Stephanie Rusk

I spoke with Jacob and also Ryan I believe his name was. Both were very kind and patient with me. I had the most interaction with Jessica and I commend her on her ability to provide excellent customer service especially when people are in heightened states of emotion.
