The Jordan Automotive Collision Center has been in business for over 5o years. As part of the Jordan Automotive Group, we are proud to be part of our customer's overall Jordan Way experience. Our customers have come to expect nothing less than the very best in automotive collision and automotive refinish work. We are proud to say we were the very first Collision Center in the Michiana area to convert over to waterborne paints. These paints are not only the safest products for our environment to use to repair our customers vehicles but also the same type of paint now used by the majority of automotive manufactures As part of our commitment to leading the way in our industry the Jordan Automotive Collision Center was the first facility in Michiana to become Aluminum repair certified by Ford Motor Company. Jordan is the only area collision center Certified by Ford, FIA and Chrysler. We work with all major insurance providers and welcomes all makes and models of vehicles.

Repair was done well. Took a very long time though, 3 weeks to complete. Communication was horrible, couldn't get an update or call back after multiple requests.

For as busy as they were, everything happened very timely and the outcome is flawless. I'm very happy with how things turned out and again appreciate the time that everybody took and the sense of urgency with getting things completed as fast as they could be. Highly recommended and highly satisfied

I spoke with Jacob and also Ryan I believe his name was. Both were very kind and patient with me. I had the most interaction with Jessica and I commend her on her ability to provide excellent customer service especially when people are in heightened states of emotion. She was very kind and is great at her job!

The team was amazing! Everyone was polite, they explained everything to me in detail and made sure I had the best understanding of what was going on with my vehicle. My vehicle was completed sooner than they estimated and it looks like nothing even happened to my front bumper, it looked like brand new!
