The Jordan Automotive Collision Center has been in business for over 5o years. As part of the Jordan Automotive Group, we are proud to be part of our customer's overall Jordan Way experience. Our customers have come to expect nothing less than the very best in automotive collision and automotive refinish work. We are proud to say we were the very first Collision Center in the Michiana area to convert over to waterborne paints. These paints are not only the safest products for our environment to use to repair our customers vehicles but also the same type of paint now used by the majority of automotive manufactures As part of our commitment to leading the way in our industry the Jordan Automotive Collision Center was the first facility in Michiana to become Aluminum repair certified by Ford Motor Company. Jordan is the only area collision center Certified by Ford, FIA and Chrysler. We work with all major insurance providers and welcomes all makes and models of vehicles.

My first experience with Jordan Auto Collision Center was great. This one not so much.

I'm sure an explanation isn't particularly needed. The wrong pictures from a previous repair were used to quote the vehicle repairs. I called and stated prior to ever dropping my vehicle off that the repair quote seemed incorrect but was assured it was fine and that the quote could be updated later. Dropped my car off and attempted to contact the shop three times within the first week for information on the repairs. Was told each time someone would get back to me. After the third attempt, Ryan got back to me and told me that my car had been disassembled and had been sitting there for most of the week. After being accused of fraud, the photo mix-up was discovered. Checked up again a few days later and was told it would be the next Monday before parts arrived. Reached out the Wednesday after that and did not receive a response. Reached out the Monday after that and did not receive a response. Received a response Tuesday saying they were still waiting on parts, over a week and a half after the first 'waiting on parts'. That Thursday I was informed that the wrong parts had been received. The vehicle was finally ready for pickup Monday. Dropped my car off initially on the evening of April 5th. Got it back May 4th. :|

They did a wonderful job on my car. My rear window was busted in and there was glass everywhere inside the car. They cleaned it all up extremely well , and fixed the rear window just right. Everyone there was so nice. Thank you.
