The Jordan Automotive Collision Center has been in business for over 5o years. As part of the Jordan Automotive Group, we are proud to be part of our customer's overall Jordan Way experience. We are proud to say we were the very first Collision Center in the Michiana area to convert over to waterborne paints. These paints are not only the safest products for our environment to use to repair our customers vehicles but also the same type of paint now used by the majority of automotive manufactures As part of our commitment to leading the way in our industry the Jordan Automotive Collision Center was the first facility in Michiana to become Aluminum repair certified by Ford Motor Company. Jordan is the only area collision center Certified by Ford, FIA and Chrysler. We work with all major insurance providers and welcomes all makes and models of vehicles.

We had our Ford Escape repaired by Jordan Ford a number of years ago and were happy with the outcome. This time our feelings were not the same way at all. It was supposed to take 3 days but actually took 23 days!! We kept being told that there was another part that was needed and it would be a few more days. Not sure why it wasn't inspected thoroughly at the beginning and all parts ordered at the same time. I doubt that we'll ever consider Jordan Ford again for repair work. Not sure why I'm writing all this. I'll be very surprised if anyone contacts me about our experience.

Honestly would not. And for last 9 years of having been involved with ford I always would highly recommend ford for all service and vehicles

Jessica is absolutely wonderful. (She really needs a raise) The only reason was a ten score was because of her. She was the only one that was honest and helpful. And seeing her in person while in the shop the couple of times I was there she honestly is overloaded with everything she has to do and on top of all that she has to deal with is unsatisfied (with other people and issues) customers and does it professionally and courteously. Other than her rest of experience horrible. Was told be done 5 days. Ended up being month. Always excuses from other employees as to why so long. Corporate of Hertz called looking for vehicle was not handled for an extension. Estimated repair was $7500 ended up being almost $13000. Never was updated during process. The ladies in office were fabulous and do want that noted. The experience honestly has me debating weather to continue with Ford or just to explore my other options.

Was very unhappy that the excuse for taking longer than it should was sick/injured technicians. And we were never offered to reschedule when the shop was “down a technician”.

My repair was estimated one week and took 3 weeks. When calling Ryan kept putting me off & not following up with updates. Came on 2 different occasions to pick-up my car and it still wasn't right.

No follow up with status or communication about rental when it needed to be extended beyond the estimated 6 days. I had to keep calling for updates and ask for an extension for the rental.
