Simply stated, we do the best work in the shortest amount of time as we strive to take care of our customer base and our insurance partners. We maintain an I-Car Gold Status for our business and 75% of our technicians are I-Car Platinum Certified in their specialty designation. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners.

Mr. Huron at Jordan Ford Quick Lane informed me that Jordan Collision does excellent body work on vehicles. I took my car to Jordan Collision where I was met by Mr. Gary Harvey. I was immediately impressed by Mr. Harvey. He gave me a very warm welcome. He was very polite, courteous and extremely professional. He made me feel very comfortable as a customer at Jordan Collision. After we established rapport, he asked to see my vehicle and to tell him of any concerns and expectations I might have should I decide to have Jordan Collision repair my vehicle. After our discussion, my mind was made up. I was so impressed with Mr. Harvey that I opted to drop it off there for them to do the repairs of the rear ended damage that my vehicle sustained. Mr. Harvey informed me in depth of what process my vehicle was going to go thru. He was very detailed that any concerns I previously had were suddenly gone. I knew I had made the right decision in leaving my vehicle. I knew it would be in good hands. Mr. Harvey was very punctual in keeping me informed as my vehicle was going thru the repair processes. As a customer at Jordan Collision, Mr. Harvey’s professionalism speaks volumes. I never had any further concerns. I had no doubt my vehicle’s damages would be well taken care of as a direct result of Mr. Harvey’s reassurances. When the day arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was amazed. The quality of work that was performed immediately stood out. Mr. Harvey is definitely a true asset to Jordan Collision. I could not thank him enough how pleased I was with the quality of work performed on my vehicle. No doubt there are other workers to be recognized that played a part in my vehicle’s repaired. I thank them all. My sincere thanks go out to Mr. Harvey. He made it all possible.
