I would refer them for body work, but anything mechanically I would tell them not to go to Jorgensen.

I got crashed into by another driver and was referred to Jorgensen Collision by their insurance because it is an in network shop. Jorgensen did a great job on the body of my truck. As far as the mechanical work they did, I am taking it into another shop to get it looked at. It took them 4 weeks longer to finish than estimated. About 5 weeks into the repair they said it was complete and said to come pick it up. Didn’t get a block down the road before I heard metal grinding on metal. Took it back and told them I could hear metal grinding on metal to which they already knew that. I was told that a part they had bent to try to fix was bending back, and that the truck was not safe to drive. Called in multiple times to check on how the fix was coming. Was told something completely different than the previous call, or that they didn’t know what was wrong with it after being in the shop for more than 5 weeks. Very nice people over the phone and to work with, just after they tried to give me a truck that they knew didn’t run properly and told me multiple times they didn’t know what to do, I don’t trust their mechanics. If you’re looking for body work, I would trust them, but I would never have any mechanical work done here. I can still hear grinding when I am on the freeway. I’m taking it to another shop because I want my truck to run properly.
