JR Auto did a great job in completing all the repairs to my vehicle. They fought hard against the insurance company who is trying to use cheaper products and they made sure all of the repairs were done properly.

JR is the Best in customer Service. Jesse welcomed us our first day we came in with our car. His kind personality made me feel like our car would look as good as new. And it was ! I can say when we picked it up it was Beautiful even nicer than the day we picked it up from our car dealer. Jesse made the process so easy. Explaining everything even helping us with our rent a car. JR is Lucky to have him. He Makes your customer service that much better.

Excellent communication between JR and ourselves and JR and insurance company; repairs were stellar, and staff were very friendly. Only wish payment options were more flexible (to avoid 3% overage on cc payment, I went to post office to get a money order. No checks accepted, but possible to implement e-payments?)
