I really did like your shop. But I can't recommend JR'S to friends knowing how they will be treated by your office staff. Sad, how this have changed. They definitely don't realize who the customer is. One bad review could change alot.

I definitely would have preferred to have been given a status on the progress. Each time I called, I would be placed on hold 30+ and forgotten. I would call back and the same answer Jim's not available, amazing...

There seems to be a bumping sound coming from the side of the car where the suspension damage occurred. I'm not sure if it's cold weather related, or repair related.
