They did a great job repairing my truck. It took a while, and I traded it in before it was finished, but that was not the fault of the body shop. The truck looked brand new when they were done.

The morning after my accident, I was in the front office of the body shop. Micayla, the receptionist, asked for my email address. I asked why. She said the body shop wanted it so that they could keep me updated on the progress of my car. Over the period of three months and two days (the amount of time my car was in the body shop), Galeana Kia Body Shop never called me once. If I wanted to find out what was hapoening with my car, I had to take the initiative and call them. And, on a few occassions when I called and an answer to my question could not be provided, I was told I woukd be called back. I never received any calls in response to my calls. Very poor customer service.
