Excellent repair and service by the technicians. Always pleased with the service. It’s the reason we have bought 5 Kias from you. Service sells cars! Two areas for improvement. 1. I received an email saying the vehicle was ready for pickup a week before it was ready. Possible computer generated? Fortunately I called rather than taking off work and Adam was very apologetic. No harm. Just something to address. 2. When picked up, the car exterior was dirty. It is pollen season, but a quick rinse would have made a better first impression. No big deal on either item, just areas to polish off your excellent work. Jet (803-446-7488)

The outside looked great, but when I turn onThey air conditioner it smells like something is burning. Plus I'm not sure where they stored my car but now I can't even see out my back windshield and that had nothing to do with while my car was there but for some reason now my tent is ruin am I back windshield I don't know if someone tried to cleaner are sprayed chemicals on at when plane in my car and left it in a very very hot area. I also had a large puddle up fluid coming from underneath my car when parked.

Alan Smith was awesome at handling my repairs, staying in touch and explaing everything. It was an awesome experience with your service department and bodyshop. I was able to get an oil change and the recall taken care of. I thoroughly loved the email and text updating. Super job Akan and team. Just for the record i have had body work done on a previous Jeep i was satisfied before but this time i felt they was over the top with customer service.

Adam was great--Tabitha, too. Before I have anything done to my Jeep, I always consult with Mike Turner in Parts and David Coates in Service. They all are wonderful.
